High Temperature Furnace
We have a high temperature furnace that runs at around 800°C and currently fires around 1000 VE quality pieces per hour.
Low Temperature Furnace
We have a new low temperature furnace which can run between 480°C and 600°C. This gives us the ability to enamel Aluminium, Aluminised steel, Mild Steel of any grade, Cast Iron, Stainless Steel, ceramic and even glass.
Automatic Electrostatic Powder Machine
We have an automated dry-spray electrostatic powder machine capable of spraying up to 500 pieces per hour in black, thermal shock black and black mottle vitreous enamels.
Hand Spray Electrostatic Powder Machine
We have a number of hand spray booths that are used for the application of electrostatic powder.
Hand Wet Spray Powder Machine
We have a number of spray booths that are used for the application of wet powder Vitreous enamel.
In-House Powder Mill
We have our own mill where we can mix wet spray powder to virtually any colour that is required in a gloss or matt finish.
